GOALS
• To increase spiritual awareness of the religion of Islam and Holy
Qur’an using the Halaqa Circle format.
• To welcome new sisters to Masjidullah, who have recently taken
shahada, or who have relocated to the area.
• To increase our interpersonal skills in order to build sincere and
genuine relationships.
• To empower sisters to develop leadership skills.

HOME ECONOMICS & LIFE SKILLS
This monthly Home Economics Class teaches students important life skills including cooking, sewing and finance. Our goal is to ensure our Muslim students are well groomed, sensible realistic and humble, Insha’Allah.

ARABIA
To give students a basic understanding of the Arabic language and
grammar with the ultimate goal of enabling students to read the
Qur’an.
QUR’AN and HADITH STUDIES
To read the Qur’an and Hadiths with understanding and to
memorize surahs and tafsirs. To include tafsirs of Imam W.D.
Mohammed.
SEERA OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (pbuh)
To learn from the jahiliyyah (dark ages) to the Prophet and the
rightly guided Khalifahs and their accomplishments. To compare
events during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and relate
those events to the present ages.
PILLARS OF ISLAM AND ARTICLES OF FAITH
To learn the meaning of the five pillars and articles of faith and how
they relate to everyday life.
